Can I just tell you how much I am not enjoying my latest beer. It is Old Stock Ale by North Coast Brewing Co. I bought it because it was a new 2008 edition, and it was a 12.5% abv.
This is the first beer I have had since Beerfest. And can I tell you, I am bummed. I don’t know if all the beer I consumed at The Big Pour spoiled me, or that this beer is just not that good.
O well. I love to have high abv beers on hand for the times my friends and family come over. Of course, they all think they have such a high tolerance for beer. They are so cool, and can drink everyone under the table. I love to bust these out and see what kind of drinkers they really are.
I am so evil.
